This policy is complete in substance but still needs the business’s contact details and a legal review before publication. Both are managed from the admin panel.

We collect only what you type into the forms on this site. For a bulk enquiry that is your name, phone number, the product, quantity, unit and destination city, and optionally your email address, company name and any additional requirements you choose to add.
Your network address is recorded with the submission. It is used to limit automated abuse of the form, not to identify you.
What we do not collect
This site does not sell anything online, so it never asks for and never stores payment details. It does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies, and it does not build a profile of your browsing.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to check availability and respond with pricing for your requirement, and to contact you about that enquiry. They are not used for unrelated marketing and are not sold or rented to anyone.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a database operated by CMA Agrifrm and are accessible only to authorised staff through an authenticated admin panel.
Your requests
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will action the request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page.
