These terms still need the registered business details and a legal review before publication. Both are managed from the admin panel.
This site is not a shop
Nothing on this website can be purchased directly. There is no cart, no checkout and no published price list. Product pages describe what is supplied; they are not an offer to sell at a stated price.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. Any price we give in response is a quotation for the specific quantity, unit and destination you stated, and a supply agreement exists only once both sides have confirmed the terms separately.
Because agricultural supply follows harvest cycles, availability and pricing can change between an enquiry and a confirmation.
Accuracy of information
Product descriptions and specifications are given in good faith and describe typical supply. Exact characteristics of any consignment are confirmed at the quotation stage, and those confirmed details take precedence over anything on this site.
Using this site
Please do not submit false details, attempt to interfere with the site, or use the enquiry form for anything other than a genuine commercial enquiry. Text and images on this site belong to CMA Agrifrm unless stated otherwise.
